Revision
I had a plan for today but life gets in the way of my plans sometimes. I had to run to Salt Lake City to deliver parts for my super busy husband so I didn't make it to the gym until 12:00 and there were no classes going on at that time so I did lower body, 20 minute intervals and 7 for 7 abs. I came home, tried to clean up the house and then I knew I wasn't going to make it back to the gym tonight so I went for a little jog instead. Eating wise I have stuck to my original plan all except for working out on an empty stomach. I had to eat since I wasn't working out until noon. I need to try to get in about 5 more glasses of water and then I am good. One day down, 6 to go!

Natalie, Good for you!!! YOU GO GIRL! I'am going have to join you in this get fit plan after this pregnancy since I'm either gaining weight at a rapid pace or my doctors scale is seriously off. I commend you for dedicating yourself and sharing it with others. Keep up the good work!
